Cut out all pieces and place four foam squares on the back of each block....

Add each block to the appropriate square...

Continue layering each square....

You can see the dimensional effect starting to develop....

And you're all done!!

Le Suh Pyramide

The card below features the Le Suh Pyramide 630002 that we used as the focal point of our advertisement in the last Papercraft Essentials magazine. The Le Suh Pyramides feature a centre cut out, a shape (in this case a square) that is cut out of the sheet so that when layered with foam squares, you look down into the image, whilst the outside builds up like a standard pyramid. Cut out all of your feature cut outs first, then add foam squares to the back of each piece and layer them using the image to line up each layer.

For this card we used some white Papicolour card stock which we ran through the Cuttlebug, then added a silver foil layer and a ribbon before putting it on a piece of A4 crease folded card. Don't forget if you need any clarification on how we made our cards, just post a comment on the card and we'll respond to you as soon as we can.

Aperture & Invertage by Kanban

Kanban's range of Aperture Decoupage and Invertage card kits are a simple yet highly effective card making idea. Each kit contains everything you need to make one card, including the envelope to post it in. The outside frame on the card is built up with foam squares in the same way as a normal pyramid 3D. The inner portion of the image is built up on the inside of the card. When the card is closed the image is complete and when opened the center image is still on the inside of the card.

The aperture and invertage cards are available in several designs and we will continue to expand the range! Pricing can be found on our website when you login. If you don't have an account you will need to apply for one.
